I just wanted to thank your technician for coming out on a Saturday evening and repairing my computer. He was very helpful and turned a desperate situation into a pleasant solution.

I'll definitely recommend your services to anyone.

Q: Do you offer house calls?

A: Yes

Q: What are your rates?

A: Our rates are comparable to that of local shops, sometimes less, and we come to you.

Q: Will you charge me for making the trip, if you cannot solve the problem?

A: No. If we cannot repair it, you won’t be charged. However, if parts are required to perform the repair, and you opt not to purchase them, you will be charged the minimum one hour labor fee.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?

A: Yes and No. We guarantee that after our work is done, your computer issue will be solved. If hardware purchased from us fails again within 90 days, and it is due to our negligence, or a manufacturer's defect we will work on it again at no additional labor charge for the same issue, and replace parts as needed. However, due to the very nature of computers, the Internet, and the software that resides on them, we cannot guarantee software issues of any kind, as we do not write the code for the software, or re-write any poorly written code.

Q: Will you recommend one item over another?

A: Yes. We do have our preferences, and we may even recommend not to use an item. Sometimes a poorly written piece of software that is downloaded from the Internet, for example, can be the cause of your computer problem.

If you have a question that is not answered above, please e-mail us with your question. We will respond as quickly as possible, and in the order received.
